Educational coaching, not medical care

Programs, check-in replies, and Ask Dr. Andreou answers are general education and fitness coaching. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care from your own physician. No doctor-patient relationship is formed with Dr. Andreou by using this website, purchasing a program, submitting a check-in, or asking a question.

The portal is not an emergency service and is not continuously monitored. Automated safety screening cannot identify every concern. Results vary, and no particular weight, body composition, health, or performance outcome is guaranteed.

Physician clearance and safety

Provide accurate health-screening information. If you check the medical-condition or restricted-activity box, or your quiz health screen is flagged, your program remains locked pending clearance. Get clearance for the program from your own physician and notify us; an admin must approve clearance before your portal program is unlocked. An administrative unlock is not medical clearance or medical advice from Dr. Andreou.

Do not start or continue exercise against your physician’s advice. Stop exercise and seek medical care for concerning symptoms, including chest pain, fainting, unusual shortness of breath, new weakness or numbness, severe pain or swelling, or dark urine with muscle pain. For an emergency, call 911. Do not wait for a portal response.

Your responsibilities and exercise risks

Exercise carries risks, including injury, illness, and aggravation of existing conditions. You choose whether and how to participate and assume the ordinary risks of voluntary exercise to the extent permitted by law. Use safe equipment and surroundings, follow instructions, adjust movements to your ability, and stop when symptoms or your physician’s advice call for it. This does not waive rights or liability that cannot legally be waived.

Keep your account and sign-in links private. Use the program only for your own participation and do not misuse the website or interfere with another person’s account.

Program access

The self-guided program provides 12 weeks of access from your assigned program start date, shown in your portal. Workouts are delivered in one Kahunas program, with sessions labeled “Wk 1–4”, “Wk 5–8”, and “Wk 9–12”; no manual program switch is needed. Weekly check-ins and educational coaching responses are delivered through this portal. This purchase does not include Elite 1:1 coaching or a separate follow-on program. Safety restrictions may pause or lock participation; do not assume a pause automatically extends access. Contact us about your circumstances.

Payments and refunds

Self-guided programs cost $250 USD, paid in full as a one-time payment through Stripe. Review the total shown at checkout before paying. Stripe processes your payment details; we do not store your card number or security code.

Intellectual property

Program materials, written guidance, videos, branding, and website content belong to Sonia Andreou, MD or their respective owners. Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use your program during its access period. Do not copy, resell, publish, distribute, or share program materials or account access without written permission, except as allowed by law.

Limitations of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sonia Andreou, MD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the educational coaching service. To that same extent, total liability for claims relating to a paid program is limited to the amount you paid for that program. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, and do not remove your non-waivable consumer rights.

Third-party services, including Stripe and Kahunas, have their own terms and may experience interruptions. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of those services or this website.

Florida governing law

These terms are governed by Florida law and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory protections under applicable law require otherwise.
